The hotel maintained the beauty of Vigan. The ambiance of the place will definitely make you relax. I have no bad comment of the place. This is the only place my family and I had a good rest.

Restored and modernized. Spacious room. Great bathroom. Good TV. Comfortable bed. In the middle of the historic district and walkable to all of the historic sites. Calesas are plentiful should you want to go further. The restaurant serves a nice Filipino food at all three meals. WiFi in the room was weak though great in the lobbys and restaurant.

Property was authentically fitting for the historic theme of Vigan. Also, it was very central to a lot of activities. You can easily walk to the Heritage village and surrounding restaurants as well as the Burgos and Salcedo Plazas. The Burgos and National Miuseims were just walking distance from the property.

The employees are incredibly kind, patient, and considerate. The service was excellent, and everyone always had a grin on their face. The breakfast, which is always delicious, was amazing, and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

The room and customer service at the Vegan Plaza Hotel were both nice. The location is excellent because it is near the plaza, Calle Cirsologo and Call parking. They also serve free breakfast and a restaurant nearby. Overall the stay is great.

I had the nicest experience at a hotel!!The Hotel and Cafe staff are the best! The staff and room are very helpful, and the cafe staff is great, and the food is great, and so far, the most pleasant experience I have had. I will definitely come back.

This hotel has a fantastic location and atmosphere. It has a private atmosphere and a honey-like atmosphere. This is the place to stay if you want to visit veganism.

The hotel needs to improve access to the internet (wi-fi). We had better access/ signal in Pagupud, Ilocos Norte. It's not enough for the front desk staff to basically say "oh well" no internet!

Great location with immediate access to tricycles and kalesa’s, local foods and national and international chains. Breakfast tickets provided daily and respected privacy. Breakfast by menu, portion size perfect and filling. A pleasant stay even if the hotel is old/historic (i.e. squeaky floors) the room was a good size compared to other hotels in the area.
