I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a cheap price. New hotel that makes me have an amazing experience, clean and fresh linens and towels. Soft beds, located in the heart of Naga City. You can easily reach churches, restaurants, bars, malls or even bus stations. Thank you Villa Costa for making my stay in Naga City memorable. I definitely recommend your hotel.

I stayed one night to attend a conference with my husband. I emailed the hotel to let them know we wanted to check in early, but they never responded. When we arrived, we were given accommodations, but they charged us an hourly fee for an early check-in. Although the room was adequate, we didn't mind paying, and the charge was simply the one that was used to charge the to, which was way too high for the table! Due to hotel construction, there are no toiletries provided, just loud banging on the walls. There is also a tiny parking area. The very kind receptionist who tried to help us in every way possible is the one positive aspect of this hotel.

The service here was excellent, the hotel room is comfortable and clean, and it is well-decorated with everything you need. We found it very simple to leave and get here. The hotel staff are also very friendly and professional.
