PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. There will be Security Deposit of PHP 1,000.00 upon arrival refundable upon check out if no damages and violations. This will be given to the caretaker. 
2. ALL guests must present a valid ID upon check in. 
3. NO UNDECLARED GUEST.
FOR UNDECLARED GUEST is PHP 2000 per guest per night.
***INFANTS & CHILDREN counted as ADULTS
***PENALTY FOR NO OVERCROWDING POLICY php3000-10000 if exceeds to the maximum occupancy of the unit.
***VISITORS were NOT ALLOWED inside the unit whether they will not stay overnight.
4. There is a PHP 1000.00 charge for lost keys.
5. NO PETS allowed.
6. STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPE. It will trigger the alarm connected to the lobby.You can smoke outside the building or ask the reception.
7.Please avoid cooking that produces SMOKE it will also trigger the alarm.
8.Avoid cooking SMELLY food
9. NO PARTYING or LOUD noises
10. Please adhere to the building/condominium rules and regulations. Any report incurred will result to additional fees.
11. NO putting of any DECORATIONS to avoid damaging the walls and ceilings.

12. Check in time: 2pm to 6pm Only
-Check out time: 11am to 12nn Only
-Late check in after 6pm-9pm PHP200
-Latr check in after 9pm PHP500
-Late check out after 12nn PHP200 per hour if no guest booked after you.
-Early check in 200 per hour before 2pm if no guest booked before you.
-Early check out before 11am will be instructed self check out,security deposit will be deposited to your account after the unit has been check.
13.Please pay in the ADMIN at Lower ground tower 5 before using the amenities. They are open from 9am to 6pm only.Admin office CLOSES on HOLIDAYS,kindly contact your assigned contact person for advance purchase of pool vouchers and requires advance payment.
14. LOST TOWELS 300 each(2 towels provided free to use regarless on number of occupants).
*Bring your OWN toiletries for your safety.
15. We will open the room for cleaning purposes in case the guest refuse to check out on the agreed time.
16. Please keep the ELECTRICITY OFF WHEN NOT IN USE.
17. Please TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME. Do not leave it in chaos.
