I recommend this hotel to to potential travellers in regards to cleanliness and customer service of the staff were very good. The hotel was clean and also has an elevator and the plated breakfast was also hot and fresh. There were no roaches to be seen, and I assume this property overall does not have a pest problem. Hotel is conveniently located in Malate which is well within walking distance to many many stores and part of a larger neighbourhood of diverse options for nightlife, restaurants, and also close to Robinsons huge mall within walking distance. US Embassy is also within walking distance, and plenty of trike taxis are outside.

The staff were extremely helpful, room had all that you needed, maybe a fridge would have been good. Way better than the Manila Hotel which unfortunately is a shadow of the hotel I stayed at a few years ago. I would recommend The Windy Ridge to anybody staying on a budget

The hotel is located in the middle of Manila. Near the zoo, Jaywalk and restaurants. The hotel only has a limited number of rooms. The staff is very attentive and kind. Breakfast is included in the room price plus the menu is limited for a la carte lunch and dinner. Limited parking.

This is a motel with just a few rooms. It appears to be brand new. Our room is on the first floor. There is even an elevator, although I believe there are no more floors. The room is very nice, and we don't take the fact that there is no refrigerator in the room. The room is kept immaculately tidy. Breakfast, which is offered, is simple yet excellent and always enjoyed with a smile. Additionally, the receptionists welcome us every time they speak. The Palate church and Manila Jaywalk are both close to the hotel. During our six-day stay, we definitely would stay here again if we returned to palate.

We spent three nights in May 2017. The location was very enjoyable to us because it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit, such as Intermuros and Robertson Mall, both of which were within walking distance. Restaurants were also close by. The hotel is clean, and the personnel are friendly. Even though the room was small, it was sufficient. A pitcher for a cup of coffee would be preferable. I thought it odd that while we were there, the room was unserviced. One day, when I pulled out the towels and garbage out the door, they were removed but not replaced, so I had to ask for more, not more garbage. The brunch was excellent, with juice, tea, coffee, and 22 cereals to choose from, and a plate was served with beans, sausage, egg, and half toasted bread. It took 200 minutes to get to the airport!.
