The staff was so nice and helpful. The room had new condition, very clean, with a lovely view of the garden and old town.

I had a lot of positive things about this place, besides that I got 3 stars from this place. The location was close to kracow's core, and it was only a 7-minute walk from the city center. Then the location was quite strategic. Subsequently, the pictures and the reviews appeared to be good. Afterwards, we were given instructions on how to get a key and enter the room. That was different from the critiques. Since we were on the front, Juliette balcony, a foot wide, and a back balcony. There were no table or chairs in the photographs of the balconies on their website, and no photos of the back balconies. No TV programmes and no Internet for three days while it took. After we repeated it twice, the fridge wouldn't stay open, and we had to wait for someone to examine it until the moment we departed. Having to put our luggage to keep it closed made it impossible to keep it closed. It only required 1 set of very thin white cotton draperies and 1 set that were not even quite as wide as the opening. The room had, therefore, almost all of its daylight. I gave 1 point for the location, which was only a 7-minute walk to Kracow's center, one for the last day's luggage storage apartment, and 1 for the flat itself. So not good for

We stayed here for 5 nights and we can't change the temperature in winter but the room feel comfortable as it was clean and spacious. Also, I also can see the clearly explained directions to the keys.

I've booked this place twice, the hotel has everything you need, and the room is spacious and clean. The market square is also close by and the hospitality of the staff is very good.

The location was good, it was close to the main square, the hour shop on the top corner of the road, and not far from the airport. If we can get inside, the staff is also very friendly. The apartment was spacious enough for four of us, with little issues like blown bulbs.
