The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food.

Nice small hotel just minutes away from the old town. The room was very specious, uber clean and had a very comfy bed. Sound proofing was excellent as well as it was so quiet it felt like we were the only people in the hotel. You definitely get value for money. Would highly recommend it.

We came this weekend, and it was far superior to our expectations, and all the things were perfect. Excellent location, large and bright rooms, and delicious breakfast with the possibility to take a sandwich for the day, very tasty and well packed, within walking distance of the old town, easy arrival, and friendly staff.

This hotel is brand new in dublin, and it's always good to try a new one. I normally stay at hampton hilton, so this is the comparison hotel as it has the same standard but a bit more price. The reception is quite dull and not particularly welcoming, and the entrance is on a small street. The room is nice and well-appointed, the hotel was empty the night we arrived, but the receptionist couldn't accommodate our request to remain on the side of the hotel overlooking the main street square rather than over reception. On the second night, the street was noisy. With a empty hotel, there is no reason for a request to be refused. After the first night, we came for breakfast, which lacked people and offered a pre-prepared plate of meats etc rather than a buffet choice. On the second day, there was more people and a good buffet choice, but not as good as in Hilton. The room was cleaned as we came back, the maid departed and did not return to finish the room cleaning. Overall, the hotel rooms are good, but there is no choice and the breakfast and room need to be cleaned after we left for the day. I didn't have a choice, sorry focus hampton hilton every time.

This hotel offers a convenient location only 1 a.m. from dublin's old city. It has a good, spacious room with a new design. There is also no noise from the traffic. There are a lot of delicious breakfast options.

This hotel is recommended. I spent four days in dublin, and I really like to stay there. The bar, gym, and reception are all open 24 hours a day. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Breakfast is lovely and plentiful. If you want to visit the historic centre, you can walk there in 15 minutes. There is free parking available.
