The spa has a variety of clever machines that claim to rid your body of cellulite and to energize your body, but they are just marketing tricks while still being fun. We received a brief backpack massage, which was immensely soothing. The hotels wifi, on the other hand, is terrible constantly dropping and very slow if you are even able to connect. Regardless of where you are placed, the majority of rooms are strewn with a busy street and are extremely noisy. If they wanted to upgrade them, the rooms could use a good refreshment. Although the town is only a short stroll away, do not anticipate much as there isnt much to see or do despite the areas rich history! It was a nice hotel restaurant, but be careful not to let the staff know you have meals included as they wont provide you with the same menu and the checking staff wont tell you that you have to alert them.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel, nice and comfortable rooms, food at the restaurant is of high quality, all the staff are helpful and willing to please, nice pool, lots of extras massage, sauna, aromatherapy dressing gowns are available at a small cost.

We usually stay at this hotel when visiting relatives, booking online as normal. When we got there, we learned that the swimming pools had been closed for several months. There was no online notice of this, the room was recently renovated and clean and comfortable. We noticed there were no coffee maker, but the day we left we discovered it hidden away in a cupboard away from the site. We have always used the restaurant for our evening meals and bar beverages. We went to the restaurant at 21.30 and were told that the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes so we had to eat our dinner in our room, so no drinks that evening and early to bed, and not informed about the early closing of the restaurant bar, which was previously open until midnight nothing on the no english channels, and the hotel location is not in a location where you could walk to another bar.

The hotel is located right next to an indoor water park and a church. Parking in the secure section costs 23, zloty per night 7, 50 dollars. We could have parked in the unsecured lot at the nearby water park. The clerks spoke English. Has a staircase and air conditioning. When the hotel has an elevator, you often have to carry your baggage up a flight of stairs outside the structure. This hotel had cement stairs for wheelchairs so we could wheel our heavy suitcases to the main level. The room is small and has two beds, a desk with two shelves, a small table, three chairs, two nightstands, and a closet with shelves. There are no drawers. The facilities include air conditioning, coffee service, to, free wifi, bottled water, a hair dryer, and liquid soap. What the room didn't have was kleenex, bar soap, or shampoo, a safe. We had 12 hours of spa time each day, but we didn't use it. Great breakfast buffet. Dinner at the restaurant was very good.

I love the spaciousness of the room and the positive cleanliness from the room and toilet. There are so many complex salads and so many bad food choices to choose from.
