This place is fantastic to call home away from home the rest of the week. I stayed at the hotel sylvia while on work in Luwice, Poland. The motel is a very contemporary hotel just a few blocks from the city's core. The ground-floor eatery was quite delicious, and the menu was in both Polish and English, which helped those of us who can't read Polish. The breakfast is included in the morning, and the breakfast buffet amazes me every day. There were so many delicious dishes that I hated to take from because they seemed so well laid out. The club in the basement really sinks, and getting to sleep is difficult until the early hours of the morning.

This hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of town, close to bus lines and trains. The management was on hand day and night to give suggestions, help making reservations, find cars, and occasionally treat us to local sweets and brewed beer. Every day for two weeks, exceptional service is provided! Our large international group felt the hotel Silvia Gold was well worth the investment. The manager, andrew selina, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had airport transfers from as far away as Kraken. The rooms were immaculate, with thoughtful touches like slippers, and warm in the middle of winter. The offices were also set up for business, with desks, seating, and strong free wifi. Every day, breakfast was delicious and varied, with a variety of hot and cold specialties. The manager made sure we had a bag to take home on the way home! In a foreign hotel, I have never felt so caring.

The hotel is simple to find, the room is well equipped and comfortable, and our room is spacious. The restaurant is surprising very good and has both local and international dishes. The breakfast quality is also good. We were also pleasantly surprised by the staff that asked us to have a togo breakfast which was composed of yogurt, fruit and sandwichescakes, so it meant a huge amount of food per person that was enough to share with friends on the trip back!

This hotel is a nice place. It has a lovely restaurant there, and they also produce their own beer. However, the staff was generally friendly, and it seems that the hotel could improve upon this more. My single room was spotless, and the bathroom was nice, with everything you could possibly need for a fair price.
