After five nights in the poke goscinne isla flat, I'm back. We were picked up free from the airport and escorted to the accommodation. The apartment we were given was on the top of a metal spiral staircase that had 63 steps, so fitness had to be considered in the booking. The apartment was clean but only had two hot plates for self-catering, although the location allowed easy access to a variety of restaurants. The accommodation was four flights immediately above a courtyard for restaurants logistics, so it was noisy, with bottles at the end of the service and the blender loudly in the morning. The apartment office was difficult to locate as it was only visible on a chalkboard when the gate was open. At arrival, this location was not explained. The location far outweighed any negative aspects of the stay because it was seconds away from the main square, which was bustling and had many opportunities for tourists to take sightseeing trips. Our accommodation office arranged for our reservation for the salt mines and auschwitz, and payment was made upon arrival. A fixed fee for return taxi was also arranged with the airport office and paid to the driver. Dining and drinking in the main square was expensive compared to other restaurants on the streets beyond. We found a very basic restaurant with wholesome food that was very affordable. The bar mleczny offers basic authentic Polish cuisine and soft drinks, with

The service here was really good, and it was so convenient for restaurants, bars, churches, and public transport. I would recommend this place to you guys. The location is so strategic because it is close to the main square. Michael was so nice. The rooms were very nice, had good cleanliness, and had en suite facilities. The room also equipped with a fridge, and I also liked that they served breakfast between 9:00 and 1100, which is a good way for you to enjoy a sleep. They also provide a complimentary cup of tea and coffee in the room.

Stayed in Kraken. Great location and great breakfast after a great night's sleep. Only the shower head wasn't connected properly and there was a very tight spiral staircase to our room. All the others were great and would definitely stay here again.

I would highly suggest this accommodation for a budget price. We stayed in these guestrooms for 3 nights. The location is wonderful, next to the beautiful main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was useful, studio and bedroom were perfect for our group of 6 people. Our host Michael was fantastic in arranging trips for us. He picked us up from the airport and brought us to Auschwitz Birkenau one day and the salt mines on our last day. He also planned a golf cart tour to pick us up at the door. He was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and he cooks delicious breakfast. It was difficult to find breakfast room on the first day, but room 8 is on the second floor, just knock for the door! stairs are a bit rickety! spiral staircase a bit dodgy if your not great, steps 43 in our case.
