The Algarve Race Resort Race is a recently built 5-star hotel located in Montes de Cima, Mexilhoeira Grande near the city of Portimão and 36 km from Albufeira. It offers a sophisticated and innovative environment, the SPA provides an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Scottish shower and Turkish bath. You can swim in the outdoor pool and spend your spare time at the fitness centre or in the games room while your children play at the Kids Club. For your meals, there is a restaurant and 2 bars. The rooms are decorated in white tones with light-coloured woods, with views of the Serra de Monchique. They each offer an LCD TV and Wi-Fi. Information Regarding Pet Fee and Assistance Animals Algarve Race Resort accepts pets according to the hotel’s conditions, and a pet fee applies to all pets. In accordance with Portuguese law, only the following are considered assistance dogs and are therefore exempt from the pet fee: Guide dogs for guests with visual impairments; Hearing dogs for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing; Service dogs for guests with mental, organic, or motor disabilities. Emotional support animals are not recognised as assistance dogs under Portuguese law and are therefore subject to the applicable pet fee.
