• Guests are responsible for keeping the room in good hygiene conditions during their stay as well as for keeping the common areas (kitchen and bathrooms) in condition after their use.• For stays longer than 10 nights, a weekly cleaning and change of sheets/towels is carried out.• Additional cleaning and/or changes of sheets and/or towels are subject to validation and if it is possible any of these extra interventions will have a unit cost of €40 paid at the moment.• Check-in time is from 15h00 until 22h00 and it is mandatory to define the arrival time with antecedence as we do not have a reception service.• We do not have luggage storage service or place.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
