Overall very satisfied. This hotel is in a very beautiful part of the city, with a very decent, spotless hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist my wife who has claustrophobia and doesn't take the elevator. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options. We utilized the spa and swimming pool, both of which were in good condition. The bar on the upper level had a good atmosphere and was not too busy when we visited in January.

The room was comfortable, the service was amazing, I like the spa and swimming pool with the rooftop bar. Breakfast and service were amazing. The menu was great with a good selection and great products. Parking is available on site! All the staff is very friendly. The price is worth it, and we will come back.

We are very happy with the services provided by the Altos Grand Hotel. I would also like to compliment the Breakfast Bar Manager Dame Anna Ribeiro who was a real leader in her field. She was extremely attentive and considerate, and she remembered all our favorite breakfast items to order from the breakfast menu for a group of 9. She was amazing and really made us feel very welcome and special. She is a true gem. We will definitely visit this hotel again soon.

The place is very well run. The staff is very accommodating and the food they serve is excellent. This bistro also has a roof garden for relaxing drinks. The room is not suitable for use when there is no room to stretch or use the restroom.

Overall, we had a fantastic day and would undoubtedly return to the Grand Altos. We remained at this hotel during our January trip to Lisbon. The hotel was amazing, it was conveniently situated to walk to all the attractions, it was clean and comfortable, and we received daily treats in our room that were always well received. Above all, the staff made us feel really welcome, especially Beatrix, the guest service agent. Beatrix assisted us in directing us to local attractions and also made a great reservation for a tour of the Pina Palace and Beem. We ate at a restaurant close to the lobby, and the food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding.
