Foi incrível! Hotel numa zona tranquila, pequeno almoço incrível, quarto com cozinha o que facilita as refeições pois não existem grandes restaurantes na zona, a não ser o do hotel, spa incrível, aproveitamos e fizemos uma massagem. Tem uma praia fluvial que verão deve ser muito bom. Staff muito simpático, tivemos direito até um free upgrade do quarto. Gostei muito e tenciono voltar

The resort is amazing! I loved the calmness. The outside pool had a perfect water temperature. The SPA pools were a bit too hot and the water is too deep, not ideal for small people. I loved the relaxing area next to the river. The massage was also amazing. The staff was lovely. I had dinner in the Root restaurant, my dish was good, especially the caldo verde. My mum, who can’t it spicy and is lactose intolerant had a dish which was visually close to a fast food plate and also the taste of the meat was horrible, very dry, we were expecting more creativity from the chef, also we waited 90 minutes for the dishes. Breakfast was delicious!

Relevo para a amabilidade e competência do pessoal. Boa comida tanto no restaurante como no bar. Algumas falhas nos quartos. Não têm cabides para pendurar gabardines ou sobretudos. Falta de cx com lenços papel. Luz da casa de banho muito incomodativa para quem está na cama(tem um vidro absolutamente desnecessário). Luzes da mesinha de cabeceira inúteis, não permitem leitura e incomodam. Óptima cama.

Very lovely place to escape the everyday stress. The staff was very friendly and the spa/wellness area was great. We had a facial and massage treatment. This could have been a bit more professional, but nothing that should make you not visit the place. The breakfast was amazing!

We had a wonderful week-long stay and enjoyed the excellent service throughout our stay. The apartment was incredibly large, with a balcony, well-equipped kitchenette recycling bins in the kitchenette, and a lot of cupboard space. Excellent soundproofing, with multiple channels and a flat screen that has a multichannel input and multiple outlets for devices. A heated pool is next to the spa, and the cuisine in the bar and restaurant is exquisite. Lovely river valley setting. The apartment would have liked a coffeemaking station, but with a few more clothes hangers, bought six more. Reading lights next to bedside lamps are more dim than the brighter light, according to audio quality.

We rarely have good experiences with our vacation rooms. The rooms may be filthy, small, old, accessible by elevator, a major road, etc. Bad luck for these locations because I always write reviews here. The last one, in my opinion, is very different from the previous one because our room was on top of a machinery room, which was a 272-speaker and difficult at night. The receptionist lady said nobody complained, which made the start difficult. But they had the ability to locate us a brand-new, fantastic room. In fact, the entire crew of this tiny hotel was excellent. The best ever! No excuses, they just gave it their best to make us feel like royals. Wow. The rooms were enormous, contemporary, and cozy, with some lavish details. The bar served a really good breakfast, and it was more than adequate in this age of environmental awareness. Kids club WOW, I never saw anything so modern and well-organized for children to pinging, games on a large screen, and pillows, and a girl taking care of the children. Small but fancy and clean pools. The river is close to a lovely riverfront location and is stunning scenery. A hidden location that is not big and has little to do around. Price that matches the stars is not inexpensive, but not cheap like algae or in the middle of estrella. We had a bad start

The staff is amazing, the accommodation is excellent, and the heated pools are great. Yet here is my very personal personal short list to perfection. Bedside lights you can actually use for reading. Acceptable audio on the flyscreen that must be fixed to the wall. A living room armchair can be a recliner. To dry damp towels and costumes, the bathroom has plenty of towel rails. Taking on clothes while relaxing in the dining room is preferable to blaring pop stars.

It was well planned and maintained. The bathroom has a transparent door and window. Not my style. Friendly staff. Everything was in good order. The only detail we expect from a star hotel is a conditioner in the bathroom. The restaurant is nice.

Spa-Bereich ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das Angebot könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Außenanlagen sind gut gepflegt und bieten ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer (ist natürlich geschmacksache) sind sehr dunkel gehalten. Das Personal und insbesondere die Küche waren super.

In the center of the city, the spa is just around the corner. And then the spa's atmosphere is the best, especially the outdoor pool. After that, the food at the restaurant was nice, with the soups and avocado and shrimp salad. Subsequently, the room's noise limitation has kept the atmosphere in this hotel low.
