The hotel is fabulous. Breakfast is lovely. Pool and sauna a bonus. Staff friendly (especially the guy who checked us in late on 17/06.)Helpful with recommendations Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel. Not far from centre. Breakfast- excellent choice and cooked to order, table service. Selections of bread, pastries, chrse and meats , fresg fruit and juice while you waoted for your individual order. Complementary mini bar in your room- replemished as needed. Complementary nuts, sweets and water in foyer. Room was ideal with complementary tolietries. TV hidden within big round mirror.

Gewoon weg 10/10 . Personeel vriendelijk, zo behulpzaam. Mooie kamer weliswaar niet groot maar alles is er. Ontbijt is top volgens "a la carte" formule, je mag alles bestellen en zoveel keer als je wenst. Ook hier super vriendelijk personeel in de eetzaal. De locatie net buiten het centrum. Ideaal als je van rust houdt. Parking ter plaatse tegen betaling 20€. Een echte aanrader !!!

Never had so much to say about a hotel . Yes it's brand new so all shiny and new but the staff go above and beyond and it feels like a home from home . The cleaning is to a high standard so much so we had to say don't clean our room today it's too clean . A free mini bar is an added bonus with daily beers soft drinks and water along with the free pick and mix , cake and fruit downstairs. The lovely roof top area is lovely to relax although only a few sunbeds there are plenty of tables and chairs , again press the button and they will corm to order drinks for you. The spa downstairs is a welcomed suprise and a nice calming relaxing space . The hotel is less than a 20 min walk from a square with some cafes and restaurants and then a further 10 mins or so to the river , perfectly located .The staff are always friendly and will greet you each time you walk past. We absolutely loved our stay here and across sad to leave . 100 percent recommend this place. Thank you once again Obrigada.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very clean with great amenities. The rooms were a nice size and the bathroom was fantastic. Free water in the rooms, and free drinks and treats when you enter the hotel. The staff were amazing. I mentioned that it was my husbands birthday during the stay and they went above and beyond making it a special trip.

We had an amazing stay in the Artcore Hotel for two nights. The staff was super friendly and kind, and are very attentive to your wishes. The Spa and swimming pool area is delightful. The breakfast is great as well with a healthy choice. The only minor point is not enough hangers in the room for coats. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, minibar in room restocked daily). Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town, Ponte Luis I and the Cathedral. Superb a la carte breakfast with eggs benedict, smashed avocado toast, fresh orange juice etc. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Porto :-)

Lovely room with a big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent although the poached eggs were served cold. Some days breakfast service was quicker than others. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Unfortunately not all the spa facilities were working and it did feel a bit strange walking through the dining area to get to the pool.

Super unique and bougie property, really well located and close to everything in walking distance! Lives up to its name and was really a “work of art”. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was great and we had a huge balcony area to enjoy some late afternoon sun. Would definitely recommend!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold, i de 5 dage vi var der, personalet var super hjælpsom, flinke og søde, værelset var gjort rent hver dag vi kom hjem fra tur, og den gratis minibar var fyldt op. Morgenmaden var perfekt, det er ikke buffet, men servering ved bordet, fade med brød, chacutteri og frugt bliver sat på bordet, samt et menukort man vælger lune og kolde retter. Det er et hotel vi helt sikkert vil anbefale. Hvis vi kunne, ville vi give flere stjerner end de 5.
