I should point out that I visited here almost a year ago, so my review predates Couid considerably. I reserved the apartment ahead of my stay, and a few days prior to my stay, I received an email with instructions for check-in, where to get keys, etc. I replied in response, with my estimated arrival time, and once more while I was on my way to the apartment. I must admit that it wasn't the most straightforward location to locate, but this is not the rental company's fault, but it was not my navigation app. Ana met me outside the apartment, and she was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I knew where everything was and how to contact her if I needed anything I didn't need. It was comforting to know that the option was there. The apartment was fantastic for me, I had an expansive studio on the ground floor, perfect for a couple or perhaps even a solo traveler like me. I never had any issues with loud fridges or anything, and I'm a very light sleeper. The apartment was the ideal temperature, which is crucial for a woman in her 40 th birthday party. There was a small table and chair in the main hall behind a partition that could be closed at night. I left the divider slightly open so I could locate the bathroom in the dark. I give this my highest rating and reviews and looking forward to returning there again. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor with 2 beds and a soaked floor. This apartment is not the apartment with the balconypatio which I would like to try next time. The apartment was ideal for a winter stay. With a large window facing the dour river, both day and night, the view is absolutely stunning. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We stayed over christmas and did prepare and heat meals. We had everything we needed. Anna was our host, she welcomed us upon arrival and was very accommodating with our check-in. She was so friendly and helpful, she left us with so much information that we didn't actually need to call him while we were there we stayed for a week. The neighborhood is amazing. It's so beautiful. On the first night, we found a restaurant, intro, directly next to the apartment that was the best dining experience we had during our whole stay in Portugal.Leaving the apartment was a pleasure, and it was equally nice to return to the apartment at night to the view of dour and gain, the bridges and lights from the port wineries across the river.

We will undoubtedly return to Rio de Janeiro! Our twosome spent four nights at apartments Rio. We received an email a few days before our arrival to schedule a test conference. Barbara welcomed us to the apartment from Barbara. She had also contacted us in advance to confirm that she was on hand. She was very pleasant and provided us with every information we needed for our stay. The apartment was large, peaceful, and equipped with everything we required, including a fully functional kitchen and wifi. There was a fan but it didn't have an air conditioner, which was helpful. But the view over the river was the greatest part. It was amazing beyond words. The setting was excellent. We could have a restful nights sleep because it was close to the centerriver. Sao bento, which was 10 minutes away on foot, was the nearest metro stop.

Unforgettable location, but the floors of the apartments above had a loud creaking. The room had a balcony door that led to a balcony with only walls. The room has a tiny shower, where you couldn't fit in the narrow shower cubicle and couldn't bend over to wash your face. There are no windows in the apartment, and the view of the sky is only a little. A few negative things are the terrible communication and the excellent checking process.
