This place is close to the center of Lisbon, and very peaceful. This place has good cleanliness, a friendly staff, and a central location. But the breakfast here is very simple, the wifi is really weak, and the pillows are uncomfortable, and there is no other options. In conclusion, Da Estrella is a suitable choice for a relaxing stay in a residential area.

We will certainly return. The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of numerous coffee shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, a mini market, and a metro station. Two coffee shops and a small mini market are across from the motel, which is 19 minutes on foot from Barrio Alto. walking is nice. Our apartment was large, exactly as in the online photos, and breakfast was excellent. We could not hear any noises due to the windows closing. We occasionally heard construction, which did not bother us. The bed was really comfy. Above all, the personnel was amazing and helpful. The best customer service of all the hotels we stayed at so far. I want to thank everyone, including Sandro and Label, for helping us with dining and tour planning and being very helpful.

This hotel left us disappointed. We were given room 5, which had a broken toilet flush, making it sound like we were in a waterfall. The receptionist was the only employee working on the site, and she needed to make numerous calls before getting this fixed. There were no rooms to move to. Additionally, the to in the room was broken. The water was stagnating under the tub and smelling damp in room 2, which was also had a crack in the bathtub. We should, however, commend the hotel employees for being so impressive and accommodating. Breakfast was nicely presented, and nothing was too much difficulty.

The hotel provided impeccable service and every employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. If we were to pick our own pillow, I would say the only flaw we found was a tiny blemish on a pillow within the pillowcase. Pillow protectors could have easily been used to fix it. Despite being out of town, there is some commutability with the city rate metro station and bus services being roughly a quarter of a mile apart. We remained in room 11, which was the furthest from the lifts. Excellent bed that slept like a baby! Minibar bottled water is charged for. Given that we weren't on a budget holiday, I suspect this was a little mean. Would we return? In a heartbeat!.
