The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and I am very grateful for that. They even allowed me to have a late check-out. The room was spacious, but unfortunately, it had no view — just a view of the parking lot. I absolutely loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool, and I also found the breakfast to be amazing! Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is short distance from downtown; walking or by cab. We walked into town and took cabs back. The front desk staff are so helpful. The breakfast buffet is very very good. There is an abundance of places to eat dinner near the hotel. Great little kitchenette area with fridge. If you are a hotel pool person this hotel is great.

En revanche, service de transports complexes à Madère donc prévoir une location de voiture pour visiter

The property is very well kept and maintained. They have a lot of activities on property's premises. They have a nice pool and fitness room. Our big surprise was receiving a champagne bottle for our birthays that happen during the stay. The view from upper floors is astonishing and we realy enjoyed to get themorning coffee on balcony

All good, I used the hotel to explore island and was close to transport routes local buses, tourist buses and quick to get a Bolt cab. Had cooking facilities in room, so I didn’t have to wait around for breakfast (or get up early on chill days) Sea view from balcony was good.

6ème année dans cet hôtel et toujours aussi satisfait! La déco est dépassée mais l'hôtel est bien entretenu (équipement cuisine, communs, jardins, piscine...). A notre arrivée nous avons malheureusement eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée ( à déconseiller ) mais après négociations le surlendemain nous avons une chambre au 8ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et une bouteille de madère en dédommagement . Le personnel est toujours serviable et en partie francophone. La chambre est grande et fonctionnelle. La kitchenette (2 plaques électriques, four micro-onde, frigo et vaisselle) est un vrai atout en plus de la présence de bons et nombreux restaurants à proximité. La piscine intérieure chauffée à 27° avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus.Nouveauté très appréciable cette année: Internet dans toutes les chambres. Des efforts ont également été faits sur le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est plus complet et meilleur que les années précédentes!L'hôtel propose également 4 chaînes TV francophones (M6, Arte, TV5 et France24). 3 bus à proximité pour le centre de Funchal à horaires réguliers ou environ une demi heure à pied pour s'y rendre. Loueurs de voiture pour faire un tour de l'île. Deux grands supermarchés Pingo Doce + supérettes... Et pour les amateurs de bières belges et autres, deux pubs à proximité à signaler : White House et All in One. Nous avons toujours hâte d'y retourner :-)
