INFORMATION/RULES:
• Check-in: From 4 PM - Automatic check-in. Instructions will be sent before your arrival.
• Check-out: Until 11 AM
• DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENTS:
After your booking, closer to the check-in date, you will receive a link to a secure platform. Through it, you must:
• Fill in the identification details of all guests (required by law).
• Pay the mandatory Mafra tourist tax (this tax is charged per person, per night, for all guests aged 12 or older, with a maximum stay of 7 nights).
GENERAL RULES:
• Pets: Not allowed, except in some cases with an additional cost (please ask the property manager).
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the accommodation.
• Parties or events: Not allowed.
• Quiet hours: From 11 PM to 8 AM, as per current legislation. • Lost Keys: If you lock yourself in during your stay, our assistance will cost €25. If the keys are left in the lock on the inside, the service fee will be €70.
CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING
• Upon departure, the accommodation must be with the lights off and free of trash and dirty dishes. (If you leave trash or dirty dishes, a fee of €30 will be charged).
• All materials and furniture (internal and external) are for your use during your stay; any damage will be charged.
• For stays longer than 11 days, an intermediate cleaning is included.
• For stays shorter than 10 days, an extra cleaning can be scheduled, subject to availability, for an additional cost.
AVAILABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES:
• Bed linen and towels are provided (beach or pool towels are not included).
• Complimentary items provided at the start of your stay: laundry detergent, soap, coffee pods, trash bags, toilet paper, salt, olive oil, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher capsules.
• Travel cot and high chair for babies are available upon request and subject to availability.
