Great smaller hotel with owner on site. We had 3 rooms for a family trip. Staff very helpful and hotel had a charm. Not to close to everything but not too far away. I would stay here again and I am a five star snob.

The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was very refreshing. However, one thing you have to watch out for is if you ask them to call your cab, it may cost you a little bit more because they’ll go through a licensed service for instance it cost us 5 1/2 euros to come back from the train station to the hotel but when we left the hotel in the morning, it appeared to cost us 25 euros. my advice is when you ask them to order you a cab you make sure it’s not from a private company.

Gorgeous facilities with a beautiful back outdoor breakfast area and indoor/outdoor pool and spa area. The breakfast is amazing, and the dinner is also something that shouldn’t be missed. It truly in oasis in the middle of a busy city. The people who worked there are very friendly.

Excelente hotel. Las instalaciones son hermosas, el servicio impecable y la experiencia fue maravillosa. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Flavia por su extraordinaria atención y amabilidad. También al resto del personal, que nos ayudó a conseguir espacio en el spa cuando lo solicitamos. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes. Sin duda volveremos cuando regresemos a Oporto.

Fantastic hotel with attentive stuff who are always trying to help with the smallest requests. The room was pristine and quite spacious. Bed was very comfortable and of a good size. I have not used the Spa options but it was nice to have an option to chill in the garden or at the pool after long day of exploring the city. I would gladly come back if I’m again in Porto.

This centrally located hotel was superb on all counts. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making an effort to make every part of our stay excellent. The room was large and beautiful. The bed and sheets were great. The breakfast buffet with à la carte extras were more than anyone could ask for. The couples massage with accompanying lunch amazing, as was the pool. Highly recommend this hotel! Will tell our friends and family and will stay here again when we return to Porto

This hotel is just incredible! Everything about it is top class but none more so than their staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever known. They couldn’t do enough for you, especially the two Ines’. They were an absolute credit to the hotel and you could tell how much they loved working there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and so personable. The location is great, a short walk to most attractions and the shops. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a lovely bonus to have in a city hotel. We ate in their restaurant a few times and that was lovely, Thassia was fab! The guys who greeted us (sorry I didn’t get their names) and took our bags were also so kind. The decor of this hotel is beautiful and modern. I can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Thank you for a great stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und professionell, und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die bequemen Betten, die ruhige Atmosphäre und die gepflegte Ausstattung. Auch das Badezimmer war makellos sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal: zentral, gut erreichbar und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
