Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee.Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
