Hotel Monte Lírio **** Espinho is located in an exceptional area, with easy access to the North/South highway, a 10-minute walk from the beach, and 800 meters from downtown Espinho and the train station, which offers direct access to the heart of the major coastal cities. It features 44 guest rooms (28 rooms + 16 suites). It has a reasonably sized outdoor parking lot and a garage with about 20 spaces. All rooms are fully equipped with toiletries, a bathroom, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a telephone, and Wi-Fi. Each room features a lovely balcony with a table, chairs, and a small outdoor ashtray. Pool towels, a kettle for boiling water, and a steam iron are available at the front desk should you need them during your stay. The property offers 2 outdoor pools with partially heated water for adults and children (open from May through September), a cozy fitness center with a panoramic view on the top floor, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, and a relaxation room with chromotherapy on the -1 level. Access to the Wellness Center is free and subject to availability. It is limited to 30 minutes per room, and reservations must be made at the hotel reception desk. An excellent massage service is also available to guests by appointment at the front desk. They also offer 2 meeting rooms for conferences and events. The most delicious item on this menu is Flor do Lírio Restaurant, which is open daily, offers very affordable prices, and serves our traditional Portuguese cuisine. Every Sunday, families gather for the customary buffet lunch, and on the other days of the week, guests can enjoy à la carte service. In addition to the restaurant, there is a poolside bar with a lovely view and a small children’s play area. You can also enjoy room service and a dedicated room for the daily breakfast buffet.
