The hotel was in a great location for exploring and wandering around the city. The staff was extremely helpful. The only downside to our stay was the elevator was not working which was a bit challenging to get to the 4th floor.

This is a very delightful hotel right in the heart of the Rossio district in central Lisbon. The location is perfect for an initial exploration of the city. It’s quite modern and the room I had was excellent, especially the shower with a very good rainfall head. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. I can strongly recommend this hotel.

First time in Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants and local sites. The hotel itself is lovely, contemporary and very clean.We booked a room with a balcony and city view which was room 407. We were very pleased with the room and the view was fantastic of Rossio square. The breakfast was nice, fresh and enough selection but possibly could have had a bit of variety each day. The WiFi was great and always stayed connected. Now to the staff. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found this made our stay so much more memorable as I really appreciate staff to offer good customer service. In particular we would like to mention Pedro on the reception. He goes above and beyond. He has an exceptional way about him with his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, super friendly and a great sense of humour. It really made us feel well looked after. Thank you hotel International Design.

We were surprised with an upgrade upon check in, loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff and enjoyed a very nice dinner in the restaurant. There are many restaurants and retail shops to explore; all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Internacional Design Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Rossio Square—making it very easy to walk to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. It really doesn’t get more convenient than this. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome. They assisted with storing our luggage and ensured it was delivered to our room, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the hotel kindly gave us access to their loft space. It was very spacious and comfortable, and this thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey. The restaurant within the hotel building served an exceptional breakfast, with great quality and variety, making it a perfect start to the day. The room size was good. Bed was comfortable and house keeping was top notch. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon, especially for its location, hospitality, and overall experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. The hotel is situated in a safe area with plenty of tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. Its prime location also offers easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious enough with a walkin shower. We had breakfast there and it was typical euro style with cold and hot choices in the buffet. Pedro at tge front desk was superb. Helped us with luggage and with getting around Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again, perfect location.
