LX Living by Mirabilis

Please read the below to get a full understanding of our apartments and how we work.
This is an apartment rental NOT a hotel.

Mirabilis Apartments requires short-term guests at LX Living to sign a formal, detailed Lease Agreement for their stay upon check-in. As part of the Lease Agreement, here is the information we need from you:

- EU citizens: picture of passport or identification card of the reservation holder, tax identification number and full address (including ZIP code, city and country).
- Non-EU citizens: picture of passport of the reservation holder and full address (including ZIP code, city and country).

We understand that the requirement to sign a small Lease Agreement for your short-term rental might seem like an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and cooperation.
We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the lease agreement.
To create the Lease Agreement we require our guests to submit the information requested above through the platform CHEKIN. A link will be automatically sent to you through which you can safely upload the information.

INVOICE
If you'd like an invoice for your stay, you need to let us know within 3 days before your check-in date. Invoices requested after this period will not be issued. All requested invoices are issued and sent until 10 days business days after the check-out date.
For the invoice, please provide us with the following information:
Name
Address
VAT number

Please be advised, for the comfort and respect of all our guests we do not allow ANY parties or gatherings in the apartments. No visitors or additional guests will be allowed into the building or apartments unless pre-arranged with the reservations department at reservas@mirabilisgroup.com

WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH.
Children 5 years and younger can share a bed with their parents, and children 6 years and older must have their own bed. We do not have extra beds available.

We do not allow any decorations, party messes, confetti, or anything stuck on the walls as it causes damage.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES AND DETAILS
Check-in time is from 15:00
Check-out is until 11:00

KEY COLLECTION
You will, please, collect your key at the LX Living reception desk, upon arrival.

Age restriction of 21 years unless accompanied and staying with parents - we will not let ANYONE under the age of 21 years check-in without their parent present.

APARTMENT CLEANS AND LINEN/TOWELS
All bedding and linen are provided. Each apartment is equipped with 1 duvet, 2 pillows, 1 large towel and 1 hand towel/per guest. There is a blanket in each apartment as well.

For the preservation of the environment and water – we only do a clean after check-out or a clean and linen changes for stays longer than 7 nights.
There is a washer-dryer in the apartment for you to use if needed. Alternatively, you can pay for additional linen and towels during your stay.
