I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights but decided to move a few meters away on my first night to cut avenue free. What a difference! The rooms are decent enough, but tiny and need to be updated. Service itself needs to drastically improve from customer service to amenities. The rooms are terrible and no one is available to fix them, reception attitude is that it's not their job, holes in pillows and bad room service support. Other thing is they try to push tourist items to you on check which I feel is unprofessional. The minimum they can do is advise you on what to do and not. It is a good and peaceful location a few minutes away from the marquis de combat metro. However, there are many hotels in the area and you have many options.

We would absolutely consider staying here again when we return to Lisbon. The room was large and comfortable with all the little touches that make a stay so enjoyable. They also serve breakfasts with varied menus. Upon arrival, we were given our room at the reception. The receptionist is very friendly and makes every effort to satisfy our interest.

I was greeted warmly by a lovely, helpful lady at the reception and taken to our rooms on the first floor. Our room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee-making facilities. Bathroom is large and well-equipped. We decided to eat in the hotel but were disappointed by the food which was very cool and not particularly appetizing. Breakfast is served in an unwelcoming basement and does not improve. Very poor self-service selection and hardly any taste. Quite disappointing experience.

The service was very excellent and the employees were really helpful and friendly. And then, the room was very comfortable, they clean it every day. Then, they cleaned the room every day. After that, the breakfast was also very good.

The place is located on the main road, close to luxury shopping and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom lighting was a bit too gloomy for makeup applications, a complaint that I have found at almost every hotel I have stayed in around the world. The staff is really friendly and the bar looks good.
