Ich habe sieben Tage im Myriad by SANA Hotel in Lissabon verbracht und bin restlos begeistert. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute war mein Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. Service & Personal: Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer und alle öffentlichen Bereiche waren tadellos sauber. Es wurde sehr auf Details geachtet, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war einfach perfekt! Die Auswahl war riesig, die Qualität der Speisen erstklassig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist hervorragend angebunden und erreicht alles Wichtige in Lissabon schnell und unkompliziert. Fazit: Ich war vollkommen zufrieden. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Lissabon verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

This was our third visit and again this wonderful hotel not disappoint. This was part of a trip for our wedding anniversary and discovered we had been upgraded with treats in the room on our arrival. After a lovely check in where we were recognised from our previous visit, we were brought some champagne and sat at a bar in the lounge area to relax after the cab ride from the airport before being taken to our room to discover the upgrade and some lovely heart-shaped truffles. Breakfast in this hotel has so much choice, from fruits, meats & cheeses, a cooked breakfast and the bread/patisserie section, served with fresh squeezed juice and hot coffee. To date this remains the only hotel where I've been asked how hot I want my coffee served After a day out, we returned and had booked dinner in the River Lounge, where although its not cheap which you wouldn't expect for a 5 star hotel, the food was delicious and good value. An extra "Anniversary" dessert was served as a treat. The bar staff and drinks also exceed expectation with delicious cocktails, beers and snacks! There was some maintenance/refurbishment work ongoing on 2 floors of the hotel, but this was isolated and there was no noise disturbance. If you're celebrating, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel part of the Myriad family and we will be back again!

We loved the property and our room. The only issue was the shower design. It’s in the middle of the room. The view was amazing. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. The food outdoors for lunch was ok. I had a panini with 1 slice cheese and a slice each of ham and turkey for 16 euros. The French fries were excellent and my husband liked his hamburger which was actually steak. The design is beautiful and the staff warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

La boisson à laquelle nous avions droit grâce à notre statut Expédia ne nous a pas été proposée… faux avantage ou oubli de l’hôtel ? La première mauvaise impression donnée par l’accueil a heureusement été rattrapée par tout le reste : par la beauté et la propreté de la chambre, par le personnel du petit déjeuner au petit soin et grâce à la qualité des denrées proposées, par la jolie piscine aux horaires d’accès larges, par le Check-out chaleur et efficace. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez vous.

This hotel stay was fantastic - we loved every second of it! The hotel was clean, accommodating, and impressive. The staff was the nicest I’ve encountered and did their best to cater to our every need. The rooftop bar was super cool and the breakfast was phenomenal. Will be visiting again!

Excellent stay overall and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful! Room was clean but construction quality is not perfect. A wall light switch was broken, shower handle was leaking water in a couple of places, floor had an overlay surface which felt damp to the touch.
