This was a really lovely hotel. Like most European cities, rooms are small in Lisbon. But the staff was really kind and helpful and the room was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicola Rossio Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. While our room was a bit on the smaller side, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. One of the highlights of our room was the balcony. Although small, it offered amazing views and quickly became one of our favorite spots to enjoy the energy and beauty of Lisbon. The location simply couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of the city, it made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, attractions, and some of Lisbon's most charming neighborhoods. We felt like we were right in the center of everything. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Daniela at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our visit feel special from start to finish. Her warmth, kindness, local recommendations, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on us. Daniela is a true asset to the hotel and played a huge part in making our Lisbon experience so memorable. Thank you to Daniela and the entire Nicola Rossio team for a wonderful stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality.

We were only there one night and had to leave before breakfast so no review of breakfast. The room was quite small but we had a nice view of the plaza. The bed was comfortable and thank goodness for the AC as the weather was record hot! The shower felt great

Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff; clean room & bathroom; good breakfast, good selection of hot & cold foods; AC worked fine. Elevator is small and a bit slow. Black out curtains would we good, especially for rooms facing to the east.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of important tourist sites, great cafes and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful, assisting with transfers and other tourist needs. Although it is close to nightlife, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We will stay there again when we return to Lisboa. Thank you, Filipa and colleagues!

Clean, comfortable room with fully controllable air conditioning in a location close to the city centre and transport links to popular out of town attractions such as Belém and Sintra. The staff at reception were always friendly and helpful, and the complimentary glass of wine and pastel de nata provided to guests upon check-in is also a great touch

Our flight to Lisbon was excrutiatingly long and eventful so it was a blessing to arrive to a hotel where the reception staff were so friendly and hellful, and a clean and super well-located property. Even a lovely view and a window that opened for fresh air. Thank you SO much! Yes, we lost a night’s payment because we had to make too many changes to the original booking but the hotel totally made up for that on all other aspects.

The staff are wonderful and were very helpful to accommodate our wheelchair mobility needs. The property is clean and comfortable and in an excellent downtown location. Our room had excellent climate control with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. We were provided with generous, fresh and tasty breakfast boxes as we had a morning flight. We have stayed here 3 times and will absolutely stay again!
