Beautiful hotel, a little difficult to reach with luggage but staff help well. Loud during the festival, as it’s right outside windows but excellent location. Great breakfast. Well designed.

Staff and accommodations were great. Had a wonderful view of the port area and loved having the stocked refrigerator. The morning breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat too. Really enjoyed the stay here and would come back any time to visit them again. Thank you for all the hospitality

We absolutely loved our stay. Our suite (Lola) was gorgeous with our own turret lookout from the bathroom. Excellent service, thank you Rodrigo and Tiago! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in their beautiful breakfast room. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon! Obrigado!

Lovely, lovely venue. With only six suites they provide a personal level of service that is outstanding. The charming older building is well maintained and nicely furnished, with high ceilings an outdoor terrace overlooking the river. An excellent breakfast is included. One advisory - there is no elevator. Narrow circular stairs. Highly recommend!

Our room, Lola, is a work of art and so very spacious, with all the amenities to create a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is quite nice, and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the road. Antonio, and the entire staff, are very welcoming and helpful with any request. We could not have selected a more pleasant location which is within walking distance of several great restaurants and wine bars.

Wow! What a property, packed with history and antiques to delight. Our suite was the Lola suite, aptly named as we have a dog called Lola. A large lounge, bedroom and bathroom to delight. It was a genuine home from home, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was something else... taken on a balcony overlooking the river with an amazing view. Check the photos for fine details of the interior with all its art and furniture. 100 percent will be our future go to place in Lisbon and a perfect location, surrounded by the areas bars and restaurants so there is something for everyone. Thank you to the team for your friendly service.

Me and my mom had so delightful and relaxing stay in Palacete Chafariz D'El Rei, we wish to come back there as soon as possible! Service is most welcoming and warm, hotel and it's rooms are absolutely stunning (we stayed in Amaya-room with the balcony and riverside view) and breakfast is unique every morning, prepared just for us and using local ingredients. A lovingly restored old palace which keeps its heritage but nods to current-day comfort. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is an added treat. The only thing we found is that the surrounding area is safe but a little shabby … a minor drawback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it anyone who is looking for authentic charm with a huge splash of luxe.
