I choose to stay here for one night while waiting for my flight back to the usa due to the price and proximity to the airport. Why would 63 us seem amazing, maybe? Well, doesn't 63 us sound amazing, especially given that nearby hotels were selling in the hundreds that night? I tried booking that youngadult discount rate online before arriving at the property, I knew it was only available to purchase on the official hotel website but I assumed I could easily get it at the checkout. The website was down or did not accept my account for whatever reason, even after clearing all fraud protection freezes and similar. Please know that I'm not directly blame the staff at the Stayhotel Porto airport when I say the following. I blame the larger system. But it still needs to be said.. I hope the staff at the check-in counter quickly gave me the $ 63 rate, knowing I was having trouble with the websiteapp and should have been entitled to it with a better payment method. It was the last time I tried to get the rate to go through, the $ 63 rate had expired, and the next best option was $ 81, which was still exclusive to the app. As a result, my finances were in serious danger, as well as what happened when I tried to pay for $ 81, and it was $400 more than I had done in the previous week. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and I won't be returning until things improve. I had the disgrace of making reservations at the Stay Hotel for two weeks on business, for one night while on vacation, ok, but no longer it's simply not set up for it. The hotel is clean and modern and the beds are comfortable, but it ends there. I asked at reception for more coat hangers on the first day, only had five, but was told they couldn't give me any more because it wasn't company policy. I tried to get some laundry done, but the laundry bag remained in my room for days, eventually went to reception only to be told there was a laundromat a 10-minute walk away that could go there. Breakfast was sort of fine, but there was no choice, and the coffee was cold every day, and every day my requests for fresh coffee went unanswered. The paper cup and teabag left in my room were not always replaced, so I asked at reception for more but was told that was not possible, so in the end I walked over to the airport and purchased a cup. The staff in general were friendly but hard to get the attention of, especially the two young men, young men with beards who would completely ignore you even when you stood in front of them and tried to get their attention, which requires more customer service. We book here for one night, after British Airways again ruined our schedule by cancelling our flights, forcing us to travel to Portugal one day earlier for our road trip. The hotel is a short stroll from the terminal. Almost nothing was costing for one night, but for that, you get nice, welcoming staff, a bright, airy, modern, much larger than you expected room, with a peaceful outlook, via two small, semibalcony setup kinds of things, just big enough to stand outside if you so choose. We had a calm and sound nights slumber. Due to the design that was to be kind of open plan, the bathroom arrangement may not be to everyones tastes. The door couldnt be fully closed, but that was fine for us since we have no secrets from each other after 40 years. There was a nice little snack bar area downstairs where to relax, and the employees there were very kind. The brunch area joined this area, and for a small additional fee, you could grab a very good breakfast from a nice variety of food and beverages, including some delicious coffee from their capsule machine. This place was a great place to be as we prepared to begin our journey. Excellent value for money.

Being in an extremely early morning flight made us chose this hotel. When we checked in, the employees were kind and helpful. The structure is contemporary and clean. Our accommodation was on a level and I believe the housekeeping forgot to clean the floor. Instead of a standard bathroom door, they have installed glass shower doors and toilet doors, which could easily cause awkward situations. The bed was comfortable.

Good hotel, modern, and relaxed. Good room, bed, and bathroom, horrible pillow, just too big for the comfort of me. Breakfast is a forgotten experience. The prices used to be adequate. No more. Around 100 per night seems too much for what you get. The garage access is a mess. First, you check in and then go back to your car to park it. It's not pleasant when it's raining.
