The hotel is stylish and quirky. The location is ideal, right in the boulevard Alto area, across the street from a lovely viewpoint. The room was clean and had a vintage but colorful twist. Bed was comfortable, and the amenities were all available. Every morning's rooftop breakfast was wonderful. The view was fantastic, and the food was even better to start the day. If you book here, you won't be disappointed!.

I would recommend it 100 and will definitely come back. I had a great stay at the independent suites terrace. The architecture of the building room is amazing, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is fantastic, and the location in Barry Alto is also perfect. The best part was the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the breakfast ladies, everyone was so friendly and went to great lengths to ensure you had the best stay.

The view of the park is great and the music is wonderful, and they have a cafe nearby. And then, we didn't enjoy the daily location, food, style, service or the overall atmosphere or experience.

Overall, it wasn't the most comfortable of my visits, and I will probably stay somewhere less charming but hopefully more comfortable and hassle-free the following time. For a business trip, I spent three nights in the independent suites. I decided to stay here because I had previously been to one of the bars, and I cherished the building's decor and general feel. I was eager to stay here, but generally, it wasn't as pleasant as I had anticipated. First of all, the elevator never functioned, which was acceptable because I was on the other floor, and the electronic system for opening the room also malfunctions, so you have to test it three-twice every 35 times until you get to unlock the chamber. There were no plates left on my first brunch, only one fork, no tea cups, and no hot water in the kettle. The staff was extremely slow to replenish and even to clean the terrace. However, the view is fantastic. The room is comfortable and peaceful, but this was late October as air came through the window and I couldn't see to turn on the heating, and the windows don't sound enough to adequately shield the lovely outside.

One of the most amazing hotels we've ever stayed in, this is one. We stayed in the area that was once a bank, and the decor ticked all the boxes for us. The first impression we had at the front desk was that great, happy, and most helpful personnel noticed that I had my birthday the previous day and had arranged for a bottle of port to be in the room. Both the staff escorted us to the room and explained everything we needed to know on our journey. We stayed for four nights and both ate and drank at the hotel, which is very nice, and the rooftop bar offers lovely views of the city. It was a bit cramped for breakfast but enough selection to start the day. A must-do is one of the funicula railways to the lower streets and a must-do location. Last morning, we had a leak in the bathroom, luckily, I knew how to turn off the water, and they couldn't thank me enough, and someone was repairing it in 10 minutes. All in all, a great hotel in a fantastic location with excellent helpful staff. If you prefer a slightly quirky, cool hotel, this location is for you.
