Brilliant attentive staff ,always smiling and happy to help. Animation team worked well even though it was quiet and didn't press you to take part. Pleasant evening entertainment. Very clean and tidy, comfortable room. Food basic but always find something nice to eat .

The hotels gardens are well-kept and kept up. The pools were tidy. Our four nights here ended in one incident at 5.30 in the afternoon when my partner and grandson took a nap. On all previous days, no cleaning was attempted. While the cakes were lovely, the food is quite repetitive and there is little to no child-friendly food. In all honesty, the evening entertainment was also disappointing and rather monotonous a gentleman singing and playing the keyboard sometimes joined by a female singer, and the games room is relatively simple with one pool table, one air hockey table, and a to. The night before our departure day, I asked reception about our transfer because there was nothing in the jet 2 folder anything else at all, not just connected to our transfer, and the guy at reception abruptly said I should have that information. In addition, after I shared my discontent, the receptionist located this information for me and brought it to our room, which was nice of him. The hotel has some promise, but it needs major renovation. Its very outdated and worn out, and the decor leaves a lot to be desired. It is quite a distance from everything, unless of course, you're seeking quiet getaways. There is no entertainment at all and a very small bar, which is only open from 9 am to 11 pm. All inclusive is not what youd anticipate, and the food is limited and monotonous. After the restaurant closes, there are no tea or coffee options on sight, and the only beverages are water coolers and paper cups. Bottled water is charged 2. The room I slept in had cockroaches crawling around the floor, and the sheets were not changed during my stay, I know this because of a stain on the sheet since the beginning to end of my stay. The pool bar's cocktails are machine-crafted and genuinely unpleasant. Bus service from the hotel, but you have to leave 15 minutes in advance to get a ticket because there are only 78 seats. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn't be returning. During my stay, no representative was seen. This is far from the luxurious it is meant to be. A lovely location, but the portico town is very expensive.

I recently returned from a seven night vacation. I had been disappointed in the service provided by the personnel. The hotel was quite different from the one we were used to. The room was clean and tidy, as was the cleaning. The food was tasty and hot, so don't let others fool you. I will surely be writing a new review.

Overall an enjoyable experience. After reading evaluations before arrival, we had low expectations, but we generally found a clean hotel and room serviced every day, extremely friendly and lovely bar staff, and all the other staff very helpful and polite. About 1520 min walk to village of also or taxi for about 6 euros beautiful port with nice walk to sea, shops and many cafes and restaurants. There is also a courtesy minibus to village or beach at set times. A taxi to portico from also is about 10 minutes and costs about 10 euros each way. The only negative things for us were coaches that packed full of people, but staff did well, it was too many for the restaurant and the one and only operating bar by the pool. Queues and pushing from new guests can be overwhelming. We were lucky that this only happened on weekends, but the rest of the time was perfect and provided excellent service. Despite having a contact number, there was no representative present. You also are dropped off at the hotel along a path in front of the yellow garden. Although the walk is brief, it is uphill and too far away to wait at the hotel and quickly get to the coach when it arrives. The driver couldn't see us behind the trees between pick up and our hotel. Cant understand why Jet 2 coaches do not stop outside the hotel when other coaches did.

Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber extrem klein und nicht wirklich schön. Es ist sehr laut, man hört ständiges Rauschen der Klimaanlagen von draußen und es ist sehr hellhörig. Außerdem brennt die ganze Nacht das Licht über der Eingangstür, was den ganzen Raum erhellt. Das Essen war auch nicht wirklich lecker und die Auswahl war sehr überschaubar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht.
