The receptionists and the person here were very kind and accommodating. Plus, they let us in on a warm welcome and helped us carry our belongings and luggage and provided water, which we gratefully took! Other than that, this hostel is nearby to a lot of good places to eat, eat, dine, and go subway.

I would book this place again, but only for the price I got. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was only $20 per night. The staff was kind. I had to walk up and down 61 steps every day because I am a fitness enthusiast. I had to travel up and down 61 steps every day because I was on the first floor. The accommodation was roomy and included a bunk bed and a single bed. The balcony provides a road view, but it has a low railing, so be cautious not to stumble over. My floor was pretty quiet, and because it was a shared bathroom, using the ladies at night would have to walk very slowly or tip toe due to the creaky floor. It was okay overall, and no issues. Friendly personnel I would call again, but only for the price.

This week I came here with my family and it was an amazing stay. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were great with lovely decorations. This hostel is located in the center of Lisbon and near many public transportation like the subway and bus station which helped us greatly. It also has many supermarkets if you like to buy snacks like my children! I definitely recommend this hostel!
