I booked this hotel for a 5 night stay in Madeira but wanted somewhere with parking so had to go a bit outside the main city. Hotel has easy parking, the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff were super friendly and always happy to answer questions. I had a meal at the restaurant one night too which was good. The walk down to the city was easy enough. The walk back up was a little harder (given up hill all the way) but great for my exercise and fitness. Breakfast was standard Europe hotel breakfast - good selection and they didn't run out. They also offered a picnic breakfast if you want to go out early morning (just ask the day before).

Beautiful little hotel. When we spoke with the staff, they were always extremely kind and helpful. Each morning, breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Its nice to have a bar nearby. The hotel is spotlessly maintained. Theres a bus station a few minutes walk away to get you back from the center to save your legs on the hilly trip. The bed was incredibly comfy and had a decent shower. The room was a great size and the bathroom was excellent. If we ever return, we'd stay here again. The only issue was that people could be very loud at breakfast talking very loudly at around 7 am, I understand this is not the hotels fault in any way, but you should keep in mind if you reserve a sea view room.

I have no regrets about choosing the villa macho because I am here for a few days. The villa macho is in a fantastic location with spotless rooms, neat hallways, and well-kept spaces, just like many other locations around the globe. The reception team's amazing personnel, however, is what I like about it. The reception is fully operational all day long. The employee is, unquestionably, Mariana, with excellent customer service, solid English proficiency, and her professional manner of organizing the outdoors and rearranging the chairs, tables, if necessary, for brunch. With vegetarian options as well. Whole grain toast, fresh orange juice, yogurt, and fresh fruits. I'm completely contented! Yes, it is reasonably priced and includes all the necessary amenities, including a pool, restroom, and in-room telephone. To have sufficient English programs and cans is possible. Even the bar personnel, Rodrigo and hugo, the entirety of the crew is accommodating. The two gentleman in the bar are really welcoming! The bar serves drinks and toast, with vegetarian options. The villa macho is a short distance from a stadium and a lovely restaurant. Get directions to nearby attractions and eateries through the front desk. I wholeheartedly endorse the Villa Macho, which offers excellent service, topnotch staff, a nice location close to many restaurants, and not so far from the funeral center. My boyfriend and I enjoyed three days at the Villa Macho. No issues. no appearances, but pleasant, and approachable individuals who offer insightful advice. I recommend staying in a room with a view and exploring the rooftop after dusk. Sadly, I was unable to enjoy the pool, but I might not return to do so. Breakfast was effective, but I would have loved more Portuguese tastiest, but it is up to me. There are many options in the pleasant bar. We frequently encountered a sewery odor in the bathroom when we returned to our room, which vanished after a while if we used room 37. Furthermore, I did not bring my soap, which is my fault, but perhaps put a soap in the shower to moisten our hair and body and it doesnt dry it too much? In conclusion, I strongly suggest the villa macho because it is in a good location, close to numerous restaurants, and not far from the funeral center.

We stayed in room 16 which is a family room with a terrace in the back. Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff with an awesome outdoor terrace in front. It only opened on December 21 and feels very fresh and clean. This room was very recommended unless you have mobility issues as there are many stairs.

Unterkunft ist toll, sauber, Zimmer modern eingerichtet, Lage gut, mit Blick auf das Meer, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut, Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Pool klein aber schön, reicht für eine Abkühlung. Dachterrasse und Loungeecken sehr schön. Die Lage von unserem Balkon war ungünstig, Von der Terrasse des Restaurant hatte man freien Blick darauf, man konnte nicht in Ruhe und ohne Blicke der Gäste dort sitzen. Die Musik vom Restaurant war manchmal etwas nervig. In die Altstadt zu Fuss schon etwas weit. Würden aber wieder kommen.
