Our stay was carefree and effortless. The room was clean. The staff were courteous and the pool area was relaxing. Because we booked through a third party, we weren't aware of the resort fee amount. It was more affordable than other resort fees however ask up front. We were charged for using the mini fridge by accident however they corrected the mistake expeditiously. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Such a wonderful place to stay! We celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and genuine. The Social has great food and atmosphere. Jan, our server, went above and beyond and made our anniversary dinner very special. Would definitely recommend.

Sitting on the plane headed home reflecting on our stay at Condado Ocean Club, I can honestly say we had an amazing time. We've been together 22 years, and this was our first adults-only hotel experience. We may have spoiled ourselves. Lol Will probably have a hard time returning to the "Young and Restless" atmosphere of traditional resort life. The peaceful, grown-folks vibe was exactly what we needed. Check-in and out were easy, and the staff immediately offered recommendations for local food, lounges, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room was everything the website promised and more. Nice walk-in shower, clean linens, and I repeat: THEY HAVE THE WHITEST SHEETS. Iykyk The bed was comfortable, the pillows gave Saturday morning vibes every day, and the ocean view had me taking pictures every morning. The pool was beautiful, the service was excellent, and whew... the drinks understood the assignment. What stood out most was the staff. As a #TravelingBlackWife, safety and comfort for my husband and me are always top of mind because people can be weird and mean. We felt none of that. #NoRespectNo$$$ Every interaction was kind and welcoming. We felt comfortable the entire trip. The location was walkable, which was important because of my mobility issues, and the noise level was never a problem. For us, the value was absolutely worth it. Would we return? ABSOdangLOUTLY. Thank you, Condado Ocean Club, for the reset we both needed.Walk to the beach and get the fresh 🍍.

Had an amazing time, everyone was so nice and helpful, stayed on the lagoon side and the view of the city at night was absolutely beautiful. Also had a friend on the ocean side and the view during the day was insane so can’t go wrong with whatever room you choose! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

This was my 3rd visit…Yes, I would return. For the most part, Everyone is so nice and professional with the exception of the gentleman working the front desk Tuesday, 5/12/26. My brother was coming to visit me from the other side of the island and out of courtesy I asked if he could shower in my room because it would have been ridiculous if he had to go back home to come back after for the evening, after a day at the beach. This guy was so arrogant and started giving a whole explanation of why not. Needless to say… I stayed that evening but went someplace else for an extra day. That establishment/hotel took me in with open arms… I paid whatever extra fees and my brother came back and we were able to enjoy the amenities and left with a pleasant experience.
