I had a great stay as someone traveling for business, but bringing family with for the trip. The 2BD penthouse was the perfect setup for us, especially with the private rooftop deck and hot tub. The staff was very attentive, checking in daily during our week-long stay, about our housekeeping needs. The parking garage took some maneuvering, but was doable.

We stayed in a double queen room in the back building, behind the main building. There was an easy walkway between the two buildings. The room was spacious and felt clean. Despite being on a busy road, in a busy area of Condado, it was soundproof. We didn’t hear any neighbors in other rooms. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rafael was amazing, he helped us check in the first day and was very informative. He was there most evenings, greeting us with a big smile as we came and went. He was on top of any of our needs. There was a young lady working day shift (we stayed 6/4-6/7) and she was also very sweet and helpful. The only issue we had with staff was on Saturday night, when another staff (Shawn/Sean?) we had not previously seen was working the evening shift. He was preoccupied on his phone and even sitting on the couches in the lobby with his girlfriend or a girl that clearly was not staff. We really missed Rafael that night, greeting us as we came in from dinner. The other negative was the parking situation is very, very tight. There are maybe 8-10 spots on the second level of the main building but it is a very tight squeeze and one way in and one way out, so if you have a bigger SUV, it takes some skilled maneuvering to get in and out of the spaces, as well as up and down a narrow entrance to the garage. The area is walkable and safe. The pools were small but nice and cozy areas to lounge. Would return and definitely recommend a stay here.

The rooms were good, there was room service everyday. However when seeing the shower head in the bathroom there was hard water residue that couldn’t even come off even with scrubbing. I feel that it wasn’t cleaned properly routinely. The customer service and interactions with staff was top tier. Whenever we needed help we always got it and they always pushed us in the right direction when we asked about excursions and things to do. 10/10 would stay there again!

Very clean, helpful staff and very close to the beach. Free beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas were very helpful. The pool was also very nice. Only negative was that our AC unit was quite loud. Would stay here again!

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bed/bath suite, which made the stay very nice. We had a full kitchen, dining room, living room and a balcony. The pool/hot tub was on the same floor as our room so it made it easy to go there to swim and relax. The staff were friendly and provided great tips on local restaurants. Everywhere we ate was fabulous.

Only downside was the construction on the building next door. I could hear people talking outside my window early in the morning. Open the curtain to find that my window was next to the loading dock for that jobsite. Very awkward. Had to keep my curtains shut the entire time

We had such an amazing time at this Hotel. The room with the private Hot Tub was perfect for us as a couple and was extremely relaxing after a long day of adventuring in Puerto Rico. The staff is also amazing and will go above and beyond to accomodate guests. I have nothing but praise and positive things to say about this place. The location is amazing as everything is close by. I wish I could have stayed longer. You can not go wrong booking this place. Even if you don't get the private Hot Tub they do have a pool on site as well.

Our stay at HiBird was just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable and the lobby and pool were beautiful. However it was the staff that really elevated the experience. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and on multiple occasions went out of their way to assist us. To top things off the restaurant at the hotel is delicious!
