We stayed for two nights here. The room was clean and quite satisfactory, but you could hear dogs barking from the houses close to the hotel at night, and I couldn't fall asleep properly. In the morning, at 8 am, they started cleaning the room next to us, and the cleaning staff made a lot of noise, as well as vacuuming. A wonderful way to wake up. They changed the room for us, the next night was better, but you could hear the employees cleaning again in the morning at 8 am.

The receptionist was very welcoming and considerate of the guests, but the restaurant was very accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. The menu for breakfast was very limited and very inconsistent throughout all five days. After looking for a massage in the advertisement, this hotel is not in its advertising, so I have requested one but it is not available at all. I also asked for a map of Timisoara city but was unable to find one. There are some areas that I would like to improve, however there are some in every place.
