A great choice with a low price. This hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are nice and the staff is always very helpful and kind. You can also go to the most important monuments of the city from this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for five nights. The check-in process was very long. Our room was on the top floor, and it was really spacious, but it was filthy. Poor housekeeping. There was no refrigerator in the room, but there was a hairdryer and a kettle. They did not provide shampoo, other lotions, or a toothbrush. The towels were shabby, unlike anything I've ever seen in other hotels. In the hallway, there was a shared iron for ironing. Additionally, visitors could use a water dispenser in the hallway. The elevators were a disaster, they were extremely small and had no sensor! Breakfast was provided throughout the four-star area of the motel. The selections were limited, but there were plenty for all tastes and the quality was excellent. The breakfast included sausages, two varieties of kielbasa, eggs, meatballs, some vegetables, rice, and others. Fresh fruits and yogurt were absent. The metro was fifteen minutes away by foot, and it was far from a drab street. The staff couldn't speak English, did not smile, and was unhelpful at all.

We were booked at this hotel by an organization we were attending a conference with, so I thought of moving to Atmuchh, the newer hotel attached to the same hotel because the room was small and definitely had the appearance and feel of Soviet era russia. However, the room was clean and warm and I would even dare say well-maintained for what probably started with. The bed and bedding were old and spartan, but because I didn't get a backache or odor, it was fine. Buffet breakfast at the Atmuchhian restaurant. The two hotels are connected but the corridors are long. There was a water dispenser by the elevator on our floor. If you get hungry in the middle of the night, you have to go to the Atmuch or use the vending machine in the lobby. There was a gift shop for reasonable prices at the lobby. We used public transportation twice but we always had to walk 15 minutes from the two different stops, which were cold walks in the evening. If booked by someone else, I would not mind staying at this hotel again. I think it's an okay hotel and it's an interesting experience staying at a Soviet era hotel. The next time I visit, I won't book for myself here. Petersburg because I want to be closer to the main attractions and have a more comfortable stay. For those looking for a cheap but
