In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property. Please note that the property provides confirmation documents for business trips. According to the Decree of the Government of the Astrakhan region No. 321-P dated 07/23/2021, check-in at the ART hotel and hotels in Astrakhan and the Astrakhan region from 07/26/2021 will be carried out only if one of the following documents is available: - a certificate of completion of vaccination against COVID-19, obtained using the Single portal of state and municipal services, in electronic form or on paper; - a document issued by a medical organization confirming the completion of the full course of vaccination against COVID-19; - a document confirming a negative laboratory test result for COVID-19 by the PCR method, issued no earlier than three calendar days before the arrival (placement); - a document on a past illness caused by COVID-19, or a certificate on a past illness caused by COVID-19, from the personal account of the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services in electronic form or on paper (for persons whose recovery has passed no more than six months before the day of arrival, placement).
