Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. At check-in, Russian citizens must present a general Russian passport, a birth certificate - for a person under the age of 14. Registration in the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (s), a document certifying the powers of the accompanying person (s), as well as birth certificates of these minors. Foreign nationals must have a valid ID upon check-in. o guarantee the reservation, the administration reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card of the guest. Guests are required to present their passport and the bank card used to make the reservation upon check-in. The name and surname of the cardholder must match the name and surname of the guest who made the booking. Otherwise, the prepayment will be refunded and the cost of the stay will be charged in another way.
