Dmitri, a guest service representative, deserves four stars for his wonderful customer service. We arrived and made a walk-in reservation without realizing that the room we were booking did not include an air conditioner. We tried to sleep but could not, so we contacted reception, and dmitri assisted us in suggesting we upgrade to another room type for a small additional cost, which we didn't. He first showed us to the room to make sure we were pleased before scheduling the change. The room was a suite, well furnished, had excellent air conditioning, and was very comfortable to go home to after the world cup game we attended. Dmitri also assisted us with booking taxis, giving us information about the area, currency exchange, and sightseeing, and being continually willing to assist and assist with any queries we had. We had good internet access, and staying here made our stay pleasant. Thank you!.

If not chosen by a conference organizer, this hotel might not be a natural decision for me. Yet, if you are visiting the Polytechnic University of it Petersburg and do not want to take the subway every day, this may be your only option. The room is clean but very basic. Only some rooms have air conditioning. In the middle of July, it was hot and really uncomfortable for two days, but when it was good because you could open the windows. The hotel rooms are non-smoking but people can smoke in the stairway, which makes the air smells in our room next to the stairway. Breakfast included, basic but adequate. I recommend not to have lunch or dinner there as you could find good and cheap food from the street or the entrance to the metro nearby. You must try the meat pie sold from the little kiosk, cheap but tasty. The good part of the hotel, in addition to the proximity of the polytechnic university, is that there is a coin laundry which is 100 meters away from the hotel. It is important to note that coin laundry is very rare in Russia. If you don't want to pack too many clothes, this would be huge difference. There is a huge 24-hour grocery store next to the hotel. There is an etc it's store across the street from the subway station, where you can spend about 150 rubble about $4. 5 to buy

Usually, it was a fun day in Petersburg, where the locals were extremely friendly and incredibly enthused about its history and antiquity. If you couldn't locate her on the ground level, call first to ask for directions because there is an eight-floor laundry room, or reach any of the various house maids because they are extremely pleasant and accommodating. In order to avoid Chinese chaos, be careful about noisy ignorant foreigners who come to the hotel and only suggest eating breakfast late in the morning. In general, it is a pleasant and affordable seven-day vacation when you just needed a spot to rest as you go sightseeing Petersburg every day. The metro station and supermarket are both within walking distance. Local fast food is also within reach. Forgotten wifi in the lobby, but it is still dependable. If you have trouble getting anywhere, just contact the receptionist first to check on the location of the house maid who helped me with my laundry, as there is an eight-story laundry room, and you should call first to make sure of it. The cafeteria staff was courteous and helpful, and it was no trouble for me to locate her on the ninth floor. In the evening, my dinner selection was adequate, and the waiters were quite helpful. If you're worried about snobbery, I would advise eating breakfast late in the morning to avoid Chinese chaos.

The location is close to five subway stations from moscow railway terminal Plotchad vosstaniya and Plotchad Muzhestva station. The price of the room was 2720 rubles each night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied and included in the room rate. Wifi connection is free but very slow.

The hotel is close to the subway, but it is preferable to hail a taxi for your arrival because its big grey, unfriendly aura morphed into the nepokorennich dream, which was unconquered, and it is difficult to locate its exit from the side of the subway station on the back side. My initial reaction was Oh, god, another ugly, grey soviet building with cracked walls and filthy rooms! However, it had undergone thoughtful renovations inside. My room was clean and had a daily shower with hot water. Refrigerator, telephone, and to. Additionally, boiled water and an iron in the hallway. Compared to common keys, electronic keys are simple and safe. In the foyer, Russian souvenirs are available. On the second level, the hotel has a dry clean facility, a gym, an internet corner, and a cafe. I was only given a few sandwiches, some type of fried eggs, or a plate of porridge, despite the fact that there is a buffet breakfast, they claimed. I could have at least get an extra cup of tea. While serving food, the cafe staff seems unfriendly, as if I had arrived to eat it. Betting and towels were once changed during my five-day stay. I hoped the security and receptionist had at least once said hello or grind to me. Yet they

Останавливалась в этом отеле в конце января. Мне понравилось практически всё. От Московского вокзала на метро ехать пять остановок. От метро до отеля идти 5 минут пешком. Меня заселили раньше, хотя я на это совсем не рассчитывала. Ещё и повысили категорию номера. Номер у меня был с балконом, хотя в конце января наличие балкона не очень и актуально. Выходит балкон на дорогу. Во время всего проживания в отеле было тихо. Спала я хорошо и спокойно. Ничего не мешало. Кровать в номере была большая. Постельное белое. Полушки и одеяла удобные. В шкафу было дополнительное одеяло и покрывало. В холле есть кулер с горячей водой. Вечером можно попить чайку. В отеле есть очень неплохое кафе. Завтраки у меня были включены. Сервируются в формате Шведский стол. Отдельное спасибо за творожную запеканку. Очень вкусная! Обед и ужин стоят по 400 рублей каждый. Всё абсолютно съедобное. Отсутствие изжоги у меня - это отдельный показатель качества еды. На 6 этаже у лифтов есть автомат с кофе, такой же есть и на первом этаже. Недалеко от отеля есть продуктовый магазин. Что не понравилось - я не люблю в отелях, когда душ состоит из поддона и шторки. Вот здесь именно такой душ у меня и был. Вода имела тухлый запах. Приходилось её немного спускать. Шторка постоянно мокнет, соответственно тоже попахивает. Если бы я ехала на более долгий срок, меня бы этот момент напрягал. Но я была всего три ночи. И остальные плюсы отеля перекрыли этот небольшой минус.

В целом нормальный отель, снаружи конечно совок, но внутри (номер категории комфорт) в целом неплохо. От метро 2-3 минуты. Не понравилось - ужасный запах канализации в ванной комнате, неудобные кровати. Завтрак конечно слабоват.

The location was good because it was close to restaurants, supermarket and metro. Staff was friendly. The rooms were not very clean. Really dirty under beds and floor. Mattresses not comfortable. Price was not bad. Breakfast was good but did not change options in the 12 nights I was there.
