All areas of this hotel are modern and spotless, but with a distinctly strange and sextant ambience. Excellent rooms, professional waiters in the restaurant, and a decent spa. Excellent cleanliness throughout, a clean interior and architecture, a spotless laundry service, and so on. If I ever want to stay in this hotel again, I will communicate a few lines to management at The Actor in Paris due to extremely unfriendly, unqualified, and unfit customer service provided by the shadiest front desk manager, who is not even interested in hearing the visitors criticism and reporting back. For someone who stayed at both 4 and 5-star hotels in both Moscow it I and throughout the world, it was the worst front-desk experience.

Very happy to get a room upgrade, the room design is modern and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the gym has everything you need including a nice swimming pool. Only the small bar officially closes at ten, but room service can be used to get around it.

I got a good experience when I check in, I ask them why there is no coffee machine in the room. application shows it in pictures, 10 minutes later they deliver a machine. But again I'm surprised there are no Movenpick capsules, but in the lobby they sell Movenpick coffee. Entering the room is bad, wet from melting snow! Bad idea to have a dirty and wet carpet

The hotel is charming, clean, and contemporary. The service is very cordial and knowledgeable. It is easy to access the rest of the city because the location is close to a major subway and metro station. Although the hotel is close to a busy street, the sound isolation is perfect because our room overlooked the street. With a lot of eateries nearby and a convenience store close to the metro station, the neighborhood is very safe. Although they have a spa and a gym on site, I did not utilize them. There is a room safe box in the rooms, a coffee maker, a tea water boiler, and cups. In a nutshell, this is a fantastic hotel that I heartily suggest. Without a doubt, I'll return here.
