Hi there, I would think the three stars are a little unfair, but in actuality, I had better results finding people who understood English better just by asking on the street. Although there was one lovely woman that had excellent command of my language, when she wasn't on duty, I had taxis arrive that I hadn't booked and a number of interesting events, including being followed and stared at by security when going to use the pool, simply followed me in to the changing room and stood staring. In truth, the rooms were clan, and the cuisine was delicious and the beer was excellent, but everything was tarnishing by a lack of communication. I travel frequently, and usually, if you book a nice and elegant hotel, the management makes sure that at least the person on duty speaks good English, but this wasn't the case. If you speak Russian, but if you speak English, ask about taxi fees at your own risk as they arrive 15 minutes later, and yes, three times the local rate, but I wasn't complaining about that. After that, you start arguing that you didn't order a taxi, it's easier to drive to town, and you'll get rid of the discussion.

I highly recommend this hotel to all foreigners. We stayed at the Beletta hotel for 2 days in February 2014. I was really surprised. The place is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the food is delicious, the staff is very attentive. Their fitness centre and particularly the pool is really one of the best I have ever seen.

It was a perfect stay, comfortable and spacious room, great service! Excellent breakfast and wonderful coffee. Very nice swimming pool and unlimited time there. I would like to come again!.

This is an excellent hotel. It is somewhat isolated, but it is clean, spacious, and the restaurant is great. The wifi is very intermittent sometimes it works some not. Otherwise there are no serious problems with this hotel.

We booked expedite and had a great time. Although not in a prime location, it was very simple to spot the turnoff and get to the hotel. The hotel felt more European or American than most russian hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the minor amenities were nicer than average. The pool and sauna were outstanding. The best part was the incredible breakfast buffet.
