The apartment is conveniently located at about 25 minutes' walk to the most visited tourist attractions. They provide a fully furnished kitchen and a long-term stay. They also run a well-known restaurant that operates on 630 2400 hours of operation. They also provide 2 rooms with closets and guest rooms to use as a place to relax and have good comfort.

All those hotels in Samhain should book this hotel. This hotel was really good, they have the best facilities and a bar in the basement. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the room is very nice with a small kitchen and always so clean. The location is in the city center with easy access to everything you need to know.

I've stayed here for long periods and found it to be very comfortable all-suite hotel. Reasonably clean and well maintained. Good location with plenty of supermarkets around to buy snacks and a bar dinner on site.

Since thats what I have always done, I usually remain in a hotel that is not too far away. I opted for the rubin because it was this time fully booked. Because the disaster pub has been a location I frequently visit on my trips to get both a beer and a dish, Ive always wondered what it was like. I was pleasantly surprised by the rubin hotel. The room junior suite was large and featured a separate bedroom off the openconcept livingkitchen area. The apartment contained everything I needed, including a large space for hanging clothing, a good table to work at, a nice sofa to rest on, and all the cooking utensils. The mishap pub has always been good, but I was pleased with the breakfast. Unlike the items provided at the hotel around the corner, it actually resembled breakfast. My only negative criticism of the rubin are 1. Wifi I was on the third floor, and it was at best poor, however, after speaking with reception, a new system is being tested. 2. Air conditioning was switched on in the room for the week I was there and set as low as possible, but it never reached the desired temperature. This is typical of most russian air conditioning Ive encountered in hotels. Would I stay here again? Every time, it will be the first option.

For travelers to this somewhat remote area of the world, the rubin is a pleasant and comfortable home. Despite not being a flashy location, it is well-kept and comfortable. The majority of employees speak at least a little English and are all welcoming and helpful. The main stores and restaurants in Yukino sakhalinsk are scattered around the city, but the rubin is a pleasant walk from all the main sights. There is a small grocery store on the corner next door, and the rooms in the rubin have a small kitchen. The wifi requires a password that is sent by sums to you from the login page, but it didn't work on my non-Russian phone. The front desk provided me with a password, and it worked well on the top floor. I booked a pick-up at the airport, but it never arrived. However, there were a few taxis and a ride to the rubin cost 500 rubles.
