Older traditional resort but well kept. Rooms spotless, great staff. Excellent breakfast including an assortment of local cuisine. Regular scheduled shuttle to the beachfront resort but only a 20 min easy walk. Local shops and supermarket next to hotel. Karaoke at the bar!

Breakfast was amazing especially for a vegetarian! Lots of options. Quick walk to the beach and great activities for the kids! The Karaoke kept us laughing through the night. Will be back again!

The property was undergoing renovations but this was not distracting or problematic. The room while a bit on the older side was very well appointed and kept clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The location was excellent especially when paired with the access to the Resort via the shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel for good value. Close to KFC and a decent shopping area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Plus, you can’t beat the location! This is my 3 rd time choosing bay garden and it’s a lovely place on a budget quick trip. They have started renovation and upgraded the lobby which is very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed in the gym offering and my room housekeeping but the staff and food were top tier as usual.

Bay Gardens Hotel is quite a dated hotel however some refurbishments were taking place to the dining area just prior to me leaving. I found the meals (lunch and dinner) good with breakfast being my least favourite as could be quite hit and miss on some days. My room was a standard king size room with a balcony which was an adequate sized room and modern which was cleaned thoroughly each day. I used the gym most days which is small however has all the necessary equipment for a decent work out. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the beach and sister hotels which is a great plus about this hotel stay. Another plus is the hotel provides water filling stations which provide filtered water. The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel is located in an ideal spot near to shops and a mall and local bars which I felt safe going to as a lone female traveller. St Lucia hotels can be extremely expensive but I found this to be good value for money and would definitely stay there again in the future.
