Tempat menginap selama ibadah haji tahun Kamarnya nyaman dan bersih. Perabotannya seperti hotel lama, customer servicenya ramah, ada mushola di hotel, kalau jalan kaki ke masjidil haram sekitar 15 menit. Wifinya kurang bagus, ada mesin cuci di atap jadi bisa cuci di sini, liftnya cuma 2 jadi sering antri di lift.

Hotel ini sering digunakan oleh jemaah Indonesia. Terdapat fasilitas bus suttle yang beroperasi 24 jam ke Masjidil Hazrom.

Salah satu hotel yang bagus untuk penginapan jemaah haji tahun 2023 ini, hotelnya nyaman, dekat dengan Masjidil Haram, makanannya enak, dan banyak toko di lobby hotel. Hanya perlu menambahkan toko untuk membeli kebutuhan harian seperti sabun, sikat gigi, dll.

11 Lantai 5 Tower A-E, jamaah disediakan gratis mesin cuci di atap hotel. Lokasi jemuran di lantai 10- 11, restoran Indonesia dan money changer di lantai PR, lobi hotel luas dan nyaman dengan wifi cepat. Naik taksi ke Masjidil Haram hanya 2- 5 SR per orang, jalan kaki 15- 20 menit. Lokasi 500- 700 m dari Gerbang 68- 74 Masjidil Haram, kuliner arab lengkap, warung makanan Indonesia hingga makanan kering dan sayuran segar banyak. Ada warung sate onta di gate 145 terowongan Jabal Kabah. Enak banget, 9 SR per porsi.

Lokasi hotel ini cukup jauh dari Masjidil Harom, hanya berjalan kaki sekitar 20 menit sekali jalan. Jika bukan musim panas, ini bisa menjadi pilihan (tapi tidak untuk anak-anak juga). Lebih cocok untuk musim haji.

Hotel ini cukup bersih walaupun interiornya kuno. Airnya lancar, saya di lantai 12 dapat melihat menara jam (Royal Clock Tower) dari jendela hitel yang diisi oleh Jemaah Haji gelombang kedua dari Embarkasi Padang, Kuala Namu, dekat dengan Masjid Haram.

Hotel ini relatif dekat dengan Kabah dan dikelilingi oleh banyak toko oleh-oleh, cukup strategis tetapi agak jauh dari akses bus kota Mekkah. Kondisi kamar cukup baik, namun bisa lebih baik dan rapih, dan fasilitasnya bisa ditambahkan, seperti pemanas air minum di setiap kamar.

Pada musim haji tahun 2017 kami menginap di hotel tayseer, tepatnya di kamar 4085 dengan Pak H. Munawar dan Pak H. Eurika. Fasilitas yang tersedia cukup baik, seperti tempat mencuci pakaian di lantai 12, tempat sholat dan pusat kuliner di lantai PR, serta peminjaman kursi.
