I love this Hotel: free shuttle bus around the hour to the Haram, breakfast buffet was decent. rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, A/C worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a very nice area near a lot of shopping centers for gifts, groceries, convenient stores, pharmacies and eatery places, in addition the infamous Ar Romansiyah Restaurant right across from the hotel. this is my second stay at this location. and the only comments/suggestions for improvement i can make to hotel management is: their reservation system somehow doesn't synchronize with Hotels.com, so it took a little bit of time to get access to my reservation. the water was not hot in my shower after the first day, it was just lukewarm (which was what i needed to relief the muscle sore and aches after a long day of Tawaf and walking around), but a hot shower could've made things a little more enjoyable. But to be fair, I didn't even bring it up to the reception, i just chose to deal with what i had, I didn't have any time to waste waiting for repairs... my goal was Umrah and pray as much as I could at the Majid Al Haram, and go shopping in between.

Tidak ada daya dan kekuatan kecuali dengan izin Allah. Kami tiba di hotel tadi malam. Tisu tidak cukup untuk kamar untuk 4 orang dan cuaca tidak stabil dan semuanya pengap. Saya bertanya telepon ke kamar tetapi tidak ada jawaban. Saya turun dan bertanya ke resepsionis. Tuhan cukup bagi saya dan dia adalah agen terbaik. Dia menyuruh saya menunjukkan kamarnya kepada Anda. Konsesi. Saya mendatanginya dan berkata, "Pergilah, dia akan datang kepada saya Dia berkata, "Dia mungkin terlambat dan saya tidak tahu bagaimana berkomunikasi dengannya kecuali melalui WhatsApp Saya pergi ke kamar mandi di lobi dan tidak menemukan tisu di 4 kamar mandi atau tidak. Masjid Bayangkan saya menyuruhnya membawa tisu ke depan Anda karena saya flu dan saya berada di tempat suci. Saya bertanya kepadanya "Bolehkah saya minta tisu Dia menolak dan berkata, "Kamu tidak punya bahan makanan Bagaimana dia bisa mengatakan hal ini kepada seorang Muslim? Saya tidak akan mengatakannya kepada jamaah atau bahkan mengeluarkan uang dari kamar Maksud saya, Anda tidak memberikan layanan dan Anda bahkan tidak peduli dengan kepuasan pelanggan Bagaimana mereka menggunakan orang-orang ini untuk menangani pelanggan? Cukup Tuhan bagi saya dan Dia adalah yang terbaik yang mengatur segala urusan, saudaraku. Namanya Penjaga Dua Masjid Suci, karena suatu kehormatan bagimu membantu saudaramu. Selama ibadah haji tahun 2025, saya menginap di Mekkah. Hotelnya berada di dalam gedung zam-zam tower. Turun lift, langsung menuju pintu masjid haram.

The hotel is a little outside of haram. We take a shuttle bus to kudai, where we then take another shuttle to haram (30-40 minutes in total. The hotel also passes through the makah bus to gazzah station (20-30 minutes). However, the hotel room is excellent. The bathroom and pantry are large. The cleaning service is prompt and thorough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a slight language barrier, but it is fine. Their musholla is large, clean, and regularly holds jamaah prayers including juma ah, tarawih, and qiyamul lail. We can also spend the night in the musholla. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants, a minimarket, and a large supermarket near the bin dawood. There are many large discount stores where we can find a lot of cheap souvenirs. Their laundry service is also fast, clean, and smooth (1 day service. I did not use the restaurant service.
