Hotel dekat Haram dari sisi utara, tapi banyak kotoran. Mereka tidak menyediakan handuk. Liftnya rusak. Perlakuan yang sangat buruk terhadap jamaah oleh staf hotel. Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun.

I will recommend this place and return as soon as i return to turkey. I have stayed in many different hotels in mecca and mecca, but this hotel has a very nice dining room. The kitchen manager, alsayed mosaad, is the best in this business and has set up a very nice team. All the people working in the kitchen are very respectful. Asayed mosaad does his job properly and in the best way possible. Thank you, asayed mosaad and the entire kitchen team and cooks.

Pelayanan yang diberikan sangat baik dalam hal menangani pekerja dan resepsionis. Lokasinya sangat strategis, hanya dua menit berjalan kaki dari Masjidil Haram. Sayangnya, kamarnya sangat kotor, baik dari segi sprei, selimut, keset lantai, maupun kamar mandi. Perlu diperhatikan kembali mengenai kebersihan kamar.

Menginap yang sangat menyenangkan di hotel ini. Lokasinya di Markazia, Madinah, sangat dekat dengan Masjid Nabawi, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki dari aula dalam Masjid. Secara keseluruhan, lingkungannya sejuk dan tenang dengan kamar yang terawat dengan baik. Jika Anda ingin mengunjungi dan menginap di Madinah untuk salat di Masjid Nabawi, hotel ini adalah salah satu pilihan terbaik. Mereka tidak menyediakan makanan, tetapi ada ruang makan di hotel.

I have visited several places, and this hotel restaurant is the best. The restaurant staff is very friendly! They always smile and ask the guests what they need! The food is delicious! Sambal ijo is very delicious, and i always eat it, even in the morning. There is one staff member who always helps me and my family, his name is shafiqulislam. He helps us chop our fruits, bring other beverages, make our coffee, tea or milk! Try the milk! I dont like milk, but i really like the milk he makes his coffee is also good! Please give shafiqulislam and the other restaurant staff a raise! The room is quite small for 3 guests, but its fine. I love the reminder next to the sink about saving water. The bellboys are also quite helpful, they can speak english and indonesian. To be honest, i was a bit scared of the receptionist. They didnt answer my questions, just stayed silent, but they helped me, haha. The hotel is not far from nabawi mosque, close to gate 326, and there are many shops nearby. Maybe i will choose this hotel on my next trip. I will definitely ask for milk again.
