Hotel ini memiliki kamar-kamar yang rapi dan bersih dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman dan seprai yang bersih, AC-nya sempurna dan bekerja dengan efisien. Dekorasi kamar modern, kamar mandinya luas dan bersih, dilengkapi dengan perlengkapan mandi kontemporer. Yang paling menonjol dari hotel ini adalah tata graha kamar yang baik, staf yang ramah dan sopan, berkat respons cepat mereka dalam memperbaiki kerusakan kunci elektronik pintu kamar saya. Lokasi hotel ini bagus karena berjarak sekitar 12 atau 13 menit berjalan kaki ke Masjidil Haram. Namun, bagi lansia, layanan kereta golf yang tersedia dapat mengantar tamu dari hotel ke jalan utama dan sebaliknya karena hotel ini terletak di atas bukit. Namun, hal negatif yang saya perhatikan adalah manajemen layanan kereta golf yang buruk.

Assalamualaikum. Saya pergi ke sana dari 12 hingga 18 Juni. Di hotel, semuanya baik-baik saja, tidak terlalu jauh, mereka memiliki mobil golf yang selalu beroperasi hingga pertengahan jalan, sekitar 400 meter dari total 700 meter menuju Harem. Semuanya berjalan lancar. Terima kasih, dan kalau saya ke sana lagi, Insya Allah, kalau gratis, saya akan menginap di Best Western. Terima kasih.

Worst Hotel I have been at! Booked this room for a long time. When I finally got there they told me no reservation for me and charged me 3 times the price I booked the room for. Bad location and pretty bad service! Will never go to this hotel again
