The staff makes the place a 5 star rating. Each staff i encountered are some best professionally trained. They are friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staff even go out of his way to take me to a nearby store to find an item that i needed. Love the breakfast selections.

Excellent clean and modern hotel in good location and extremely friendly staff. There is a metro station within a couple of minutes walk allowing you to travel all around the city. Thalia Street is also within a short walk. I arrived at 9am for a 3pm check in and they had a room for me within an hour and also gave me a complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay because I was travelling for pleasure and it was my first time in the country.

Nice modern 4-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a nice-looking outdoor pool deck (not that I got to use it) and a good breakfast. Looks quite central on the map but it wasn't, in fact, quite as close to the areas I needed to be in as I'd hoped because Riyadh is a deceptively vast city but it was easy enough and not too expensive to get an Uber wherever I needed to go. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

First time in the city and was undecided where to stay so thought we’d try this out and we were very impressed! We booked a bigger room type due to my daughter and the room was certainly big. As a hotel, it just did everything well which you’d expect, it’s not on the high end of the market price and star rating however it does everything you need from a hotel really well. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower and amenities. Please note we stayed during Ramadan so the hotel was on the quiet side, also due to this we didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. The surrounding area has a lot of food option which are short walking distance away.
