The hotel is very good, I have enjoyed during my stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel is unique, big shoping center in the vicinity few steps away, good restaurants with a delicious food are not far from the hotel. Full facility in the hotels apartment with sitting sofa, microwave, kitchen, frig so on with enough space in the sitting area. I like staying in this hotel and this is my second time to book this hotel and in the future I will not hesitate to come back to this hotel

I reserved here because I saw everyone enjoying this place. But, it's not as I had expected because when I arrived here the room was not ready, when I entered, it was wet and messy, and there were unclean drawers. And the staff is the worst because they miss Sara.

Saya memesannya dua minggu sebelum liburan dan harganya masuk akal, 400.000 Untuk dua kamar dan aula. Saya pikir selama liburan harganya berlipat ganda. Saya berterima kasih kepada mereka karena menghormati reservasi. Namun setelah check-in, saya tinggal di lantai empat. Sofanya kurang bersih. Anak-anak saya merasa sensitif selama empat hari tinggal di sana. Ketika kami meminta layanan kamar, tidak ada yang datang dengan cepat. Mereka memiliki cappucino yang enak. Jika Anda ingin menginap, jangan lewatkan kesempatan ini.

Lokasi hotelnya bagus. Namun, kasur dan selimutnya kotor, ketika meminta selimut lagi, mereka menolak untuk memberikan selimut lagi. Tempat ini membutuhkan perawatan yang mahal dibandingkan dengan tingkat kebersihan dan pelayanannya. Saya mengambil kamar dan ternyata AC-nya rusak, apakah saya ingin membersihkannya? TIDAK. Apa yang harus terjadi? Tunggu. Kami akan pergi ke ruangan lain dan teknisi akan datang dan melihat saya akan beristirahat. Kunjungan terakhir saya, Insya Allah.
