The rooms are clean. However, there is a smell coming from the drains. The room is adequate in size. They dont have an electric stove or microwave. There is no fridge, television, or kettle. Even though we didnt ask for it, they enter our room to be cleaned when we werent there. And they didn't clean our space for days when you asked for cleaning. We stayed there for over 9 days and only cleaned the room twice. Not cooperative female receptionist. She is always doing the opposite we asked about i get billed for my business but she said no one told me about it and gave us recompense.

The rooms arent that great, it was so small and there wasnt a place to cook. If you stay for ten or twenty days, the room is pretty good. The service is fine, but since there is linguistic issue, i have to talk to the other room staff just to communicate instead of the receptionist. Since they will encounter people of different nationalities, at least the front desk and reception clerk for this kind of establishment should have working knowledge of other languages such as english. It doesnt need to be at specialized level. Just the bare minimum is sufficient to process vital transactions.

The hotel apartment is brand new and immaculate. It has a tiny living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The staff is really polite, the apartment itself is immuch clean. However, there is lone issue the bathtub shower isnt available see attached photos. Situated in the marwa neighborhood, just 10 minutes drive from jeddah airport, it is conveniently located.
